It was a pleasure to welcome so many new faces to our lawyerbank Mid Year Dinner at the Boathouse earlier this month. Fine food and wine by the fireplace, topped by our 'magician tradition' made for a very entertaining evening!

Bri Lee (author of Eggshell Skull) and Heidi Yates (Victims of Crime Commissioner) delivered powerful speeches on the growing momentum around sexual assault law, justice and education reform across Australia, giving us all hope and practical suggestions for creating positive change. Many thanks to the Women Lawyers Association ACT for organising such an impressive event!
