We recognise there is not a one-size-fits all model for supporting people through their career. We provide professional and pastoral support, social activities and wellbeing initiatives to our lawyers. We also support our broader community through our giving and pro bono programs.
Professional Support and Development
Understanding each of our lawyers is important to us. We aim to provide opportunities that align with our lawyers’ personal and professional motivations. We also want our lawyers to stay at the top of their game and remain across legal developments. We regularly catch up with our lawyers one-on-one and host CPD retreats which include accommodation, pamper packs and a great team learning and bonding experience.
Social Calendar
We love the opportunity to bring the team together. Throughout the year we host social events including movie, comedy and theatre evenings, casual drinks and lunches, picnics, lawn bowls, Law Week events, International Women’s Day Events and whole of firm mid-year and end of year celebrations.
Rewards and Recognition
Our generous loyalty program rewards lawyers based on the number of secondment days worked. Rewards are focused on supporting premium Australian products and services, whilst giving our lawyers an opportunity to spoil themselves.
Giving Program
We believe in giving back and making positive impacts in our community. We make annual donations to charities nominated by each of our lawyers ensuring our giving program is meaningful to our team as well.
Pro Bono Program
Our team is passionate about providing legal advice and support to those less privileged or vulnerable to discrimination. We have been a signatory to the National Pro Bono Target since 2019 and our lawyers provide pro bono legal services to local, national and international organisations, supporting the environment, animal welfare, medical research, mental health awareness and the disadvantaged.
